Your inquiry

The contact details, requirements and selected product options you submit are stored so our team can respond. Email is optional when you provide a WhatsApp number.

Browser storage

Your product selections stay in this browser for 30 days after your last basket change. Selections saved without a date by an earlier version start this period when first opened in the current version. You can remove selections or clear your basket at any time.

We do not save your contact details, written requirements or inquiry attachment access information in browser storage. These remain on the current page while you complete your request. If a connection is interrupted during submission, keep this page open and retry the same request before editing it. Leaving or refreshing loses this retry information.

If your browser cannot save product selections, we show a warning. Those changes are then available only on the current page and may be lost when you leave or refresh.

Your attachments

Choosing a file uploads it for private file checks. You can remove an unused file before sending your inquiry. Attachment access stays with the current page; choose files again after leaving or refreshing.

Files included in a received inquiry are retained with that inquiry so our team can review your requirements. They are not published as website images or public downloads. Contact us for questions about retention or deletion of submitted information.

Resource downloads

Some downloadable resources ask for your email. This grants access to that file; it does not create an inquiry, send inquiry notifications or subscribe you to marketing. We store a hash of the email for request limits and download authorization, rather than adding it to an inquiry contact record.

A necessary, HttpOnly cookie remembers permission for that resource for up to 15 minutes. It is limited to the resource path and is not used for marketing.
